Best rankings on search engines - is this possible?

Here is the success story of one of our customers. www.design-to-use.de was ordered to optimize the website http://www.bats.ch for search engines.

When starting to optimize, no key word was among the top ten of a big search engine like Google. Following diagram shows the low user sessions. Only between 400 and 800 sessions per week.

The project tooks one year. After several steps, the user sessions were elevated 7 times. Meanwhile the average user sessions exceed 5000 sessions per week (maximum number was 8200 sessions per week). Even today - years after the project was finished - is our customer with the german keyword "Biosicherheit" (biosecurity) and its company name "BATS" in the top ten of Google.
